You will receive a digital proof of your design before we start production.
Please review it carefully. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

👀 Heads Up: Not All Button Makers Are the Same!

Some companies advertise things like “free setup” but sneak those costs into the price later. We keep it real and upfront — no hidden fees.

🎨 How to Send Artwork

You can submit your design in any of these ways:

• Upload directly with your order

• Email: office@buttonbin.com (be sure to include your order number)

• Send via Dropbox or Google Drive

🧑‍🎨 Artwork Services

Choose the option that fits your needs:

1. Full-Service Setup – $30

Need help setting up your design? No problem!
We’ll help you create or adjust your design and include unlimited revisions until you’re happy.

2. Print-Ready / Camera-Ready – $20

Already have artwork set up using our template? We’ll send you a quick proof for approval.
(If your file isn’t set up properly, we’ll upgrade you to the Full-Service option for just $10 more.)

3. Multiple Designs – $5 Each

Want the same design with slight changes (like different names or colors)? Each extra version is just $5 and includes unlimited edits.

📁 Accepted File Formats

• .AI, .PSD, .INDD, .PDF, .EPS, .TIFF, .JPG (300 dpi or higher)

• All fonts must be outlined or included

• Files should be in CMYK (not RGB)

• Templates must have bleed and safe zones in place

⚠️ Important Notes

• We don’t modify your print-ready files unless requested in writing.

• We’re not responsible for color mismatches caused by incorrect CMYK settings in your file.

• Scanned or hand-drawn artwork must be clean and high-quality. Small details may not print well unless recreated digitally.
