Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly to ensure fast turnaround. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at office@buttonbin.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible if production has already started—especially for custom items.
Do you offer customization or personalization services?

Whether you want to upload your own design, add a name, photo, or create something totally unique — we’ve got you covered.
You can personalize:

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do! We love working with businesses, event organizers, schools, and groups. Bulk pricing is available for most custom buttons, t-shirts, and accessories when you order larger quantities. Discounts typically start at 25 pieces or more, depending on the product.

How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order in two ways:
- Logged-In Customers: Simply log into your account and visit your profile to view real-time order updates.
- Guest Checkout: If you didn’t create an account, no worries! Just head over to our Order Tracking Page and enter your Order Number and Email Address to check the status.

What materials are used in your products?
Buttons:
Our buttons are crafted using high-quality printed graphics protected by a mylar film. We use durable metal or lightweight plastic pinbacks depending on your selection. The 100mm plastic buttons also feature a built-in stand for easy display!
T-Shirts:
We use premium cotton and cotton-blend shirts, depending on the design. Most graphics are applied with durable embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) prints, or vinyl, all chosen to ensure long-lasting wear and vibrant color.
Jewelry:
Our jewelry pieces are handmade using hypoallergenic metals (like stainless steel or alloy) and a mix of materials such as resin, acrylic, glass, or faux leather. We prioritize skin-safe and lightweight components for daily comfort.
